And suddenly, in the blink of an eye, your little one is not little anymore. When your fledgling has blossomed into a young adolescent, cutesy needs to give way to trendy, including in their bedrooms. Their sanctuary needs to be their own, cosy place where they can allow their minds and imaginations to be playgrounds for great ideas and, yes, also to just hang out with their friends.
Now’s the time to step up their bedroom décor to reflect your teenager’s personality, along with being functional and space-saving at the same time. Don’t feel too bad if they love it but don’t let you inside.
