I buy this magazine for two reasons – the cool giveaways in your competitions and the reading material. It is also a breath of fresh air to read about topics that pertain to women in Bahrain. Sure, I can pick up Vogue or Cosmopolitan for more saucy topics, but they won’t be able to fill me in on local issues and topics related to health, restaurants and beauty that are specific to this country. Keep up the good work.
Just putting out some food for thought for restaurants on the island. I wish the summer was pleasant enough for us to dine on the terrace or garden areas in restaurants. Why not cover the outdoors with temporary plexiglass gazebos and install a few ACs to emulate the lovely outdoor experience? When the cool weather sets in, remove the gazebo.
Win, Win, Win!
The nose-tickling olfactory notes of pungent herbs and spices give Figment by Amouage its alluring fragrance. The preliminary spicy fireworks step aside as floral hues take charge. Top notes are Sichuan pepper, saffron and gardenia; middle notes are tuberose, jasmine, orange blossom, lily, ylang-ylang and cassia bourbon; base notes are orris, papyrus, incense and patchouli. For a chance to win a 100ml eau de parfum, worth almost BD120, keep an eye on our social media page to participate.
