Time to Nominate

Nominations for the Woman of the Year Awards 2026 remain open until August 31, inviting individuals, businesses and organisations across Bahrain to recognise exceptional women making an impact. Presented by Jetour, this year’s programme features 21 awards across five categories.

With nominations remaining open until August 31, the Woman of the Year Awards 2026 invite individuals, businesses and organisations to recognise women making a meaningful impact across Bahrain. Organised by Red House Marketing and presented by Jetour, the awards have become one of Bahrain’s leading recognition initiatives, celebrating achievement across business, media, education, hospitality, sport and the creative industries.

Established in 2024, the initiative was created to spotlight women making a meaningful contribution across Bahrain. Businesses, organisations and members of the public are invited to nominate women whose achievements deserve wider recognition.

This year’s edition also includes the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, honouring a woman whose decades of contribution have helped shape Bahrain’s society, industry or culture. The awards are organised across five categories, with a full reminder of this year’s awards featured opposite.

Award Partners

The 2026 edition is supported by partners who share the awards’ commitment to recognising exceptional women.

Jetour is the Title Partner, joined by Home Centre as Design Partner. Radio Bahrain supports the programme as Radio Partner, Assure Consultancy serves as Audit Partner, Asghar Ali is the Fragrance Partner and Talking Pictures is the Creative Production Partner. Their support helps extend the reach of the awards, encouraging wider participation across Bahrain.

The platform continues to position Bahrain as a hub for regional collaboration and leadership, bringing together professionals from across the GCC while strengthening professional and cultural connections throughout the region.

The 2025 Grand Finale, held at The Grand Ballroom of The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa in Manama, reflected the growing scale of the initiative, bringing together nominees, industry leaders and guests for an evening of recognition, celebration and live performances. Reflecting on the atmosphere of the evening, Marija Rakic, winner in the Woman in Performing Arts category, said: “The energy of women supporting women was truly palpable. We all understood, without words, that when we uplift one another, we have the power to make the world a better place.”

Beyond the Awards

The Woman of the Year Awards extend beyond the Grand Finale. Through Woman This Month, Bahrain This Month, Gulf Daily News, social media, outdoor campaigns, the annual Winners Edition and the Woman of the Year podcast, nominees and winners continue to share their stories with audiences throughout the year.
Editorial features, interviews and digital content continue to showcase their achievements, introducing readers to the women behind Bahrain’s businesses, classrooms, creative industries and community initiatives. Their stories continue to reach new audiences long after the awards evening.
