Lebanese TV Presenter Raya Abirached, wore a red Genny gown while attending the ‘Women Stories’ Red Sea Film Gala Dinner at the Venice Film Festival on Saturday, September 3.
The celebrity journalist, and TV host who has wracked up a staggering 5.1 million followers on Instagram.
The gala event took place at the Palazzo Rocca Contarini Corfù. The event through spotlight on Haifaa al-Mansour, Ahd Kamel, Sumaya Rida, Kaouther Ben Hania, Hend Sabry and Dorra Zarrouk who are all paving the way for Arab cinema and film in the region.
Raya also regularly collaborates as a celebrity journalist with several US based TV channels including Entertainment Tonight and Star TV in Switzerland.
The Genny brand was first launched in 1962 by Arnaldo and Donatella Girombelli. The collection included stylistic contributions of famous designers such as Gianni Versace, who became the Creative Director at Genny in 1973.
The brand has belonged to Swinger International Group of Verona since 2011, which has chosen a new direction for Genny’s original style, focusing on aesthetics that feature flowing lines and a more feminine mood, achieved through painstaking attention to features and details.
The brand’s creative director is Sara Cavazza Facchini.
