BBQ SEA BASS WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA

Ingredients
1kg sea bass
Marinade
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
½ tsp sriracha
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp BBQ seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Pineapple Salsa
½ a pineapple chopped into cubes
1 small red onion (chopped)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp BBQ seasoning

Method
Mix the BBQ sauce, olive oil, honey, sriracha and spices together to create a marinade.
Marinate the sea bass (two whole fish) for at least two hours or overnight if possible.
Grill the sea bass in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180?C.
Then broil at 250 ?C for five minutes.
Mix the chopped pineapple, chopped red onion, sesame oil and BBQ seasoning to create the pineapple salsa.
Serve each fish with approximately 1-2 tablespoons of salsa.
