Vitality Wellness & Spa is proving to be a haven for women seeking quality salon and spa services. Farah Baig speaks to the women propelling the concept: Managing Director, Usha Jagdish, and Customer Service Manager, Khushi Asher.
My vision of having my own spa and wellness centre was fulfilled in April 2022 when we first opened Vitality Wellness & Spa,” says Mrs. Jagdish, who has led a renowned wellness brand in Bahrain for 15 years.

These have been growing in popularity and are an ideal option for women looking for relaxing treatments that support their aesthetic goals,” she explains.
Result-driven facial treatments in Bahrain are not easy to come by, but Vitality’s facials are designed to target concerns such as aging, dehydration, pigmentation or acne. “A unique selling point for us is that we use organic products from a brand called Purple Swan. These products were formulated by my sister, a skincare formulator from the award-winning Formula Botanica in the UK,” she states. “These products are also incorporated into facials, truly relaxing head massages and more.”
Khushi Asher adds that Vitality uses a bespoke approach when recommending services and prides itself in its level of transparency. “We believe in ethical sales, so we assess every client’s needs and recommend what’s best for them. For instance, if one was to request a service which may jeopardise the integrity of their hair, we explain why it is not feasible at the time. Building trust is essential to us,” she says.
