Thanks so much for letting us know about TDK Lingerie’s bra recycling initiative. I’ve got a cupboard full in good condition and was wondering what I could do with them. I’m sure lots of other readers will join me in saying a big “Well done” to Louise Wrankmore for coming up with this initiative, I shall certainly be heading in to see her in the near future.

I suffer dreadfully with insomnia so was really interested to read last month’s wellbeing feature. I’ve since sent off for a sleep tape from Amazon and put some lavender essential oil beside my bed. I can’t say I’m cured completely, but things are much better and I’m really hopeful that I’ll be able to sleep through the night soon as things are improving every night. One big help I’ve found is to leave my phone outside the bedroom and I’d urge other sufferers to do the same.
