If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It would definitely be a Zaatar Mankouchi because it is simple yet rich in flavour. It brings me back home as it is known to be one of the best foods in Lebanese cuisine.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
Nassam Alayna El Hawa by Fairouz. I can never get bored of her music, the meaningful lyrics and beautiful tunes never fail to get me to sing from early morning.
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I am a morning person, I like to rise early with the world.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation. I would love to be able to visit friends and family around the world in an instant.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Learn to say NO!

Team Coffee. I have to have it everyday.
If you could swap lives with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
I would swap lives for a day with Joanne Chory, a botanist working on how plants can help combat climate change by absorbing more carbon dioxide. I love nature!
