Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Hosts Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain marked the start of the holiday season with its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony, featuring festive activities and celebrations set amidst charming seasonal decorations.
Guests were welcomed with beverages and canapés, accompanied by an enchanting violin performance. The evening commenced with a heartwarming speech, followed by a captivating performance of popular Christmas carols by the talented Junior Choir of the British School of Bahrain. Santa Claus made a special appearance to light the Christmas tree, distribute gifts to children, and pose for memorable photos with families.
This season, Obab Al Bahar restaurant will host a special Christmas Eve dinner buffet on December 24, showcasing a curated culinary journey through Europe, East Asia, the Middle East and India. On December 25, a Christmas Day brunch will feature live entertainment and greetings from Santa himself.
To ring in the New Year, the resort will host a Great Gatsby-themed New Year’s Eve gala dinner with a live performance by the renowned UK jazz band The Swing Ninjas featuring Corrinne Williams. With its glamorous setting and an exciting countdown, the celebration promises a dazzling atmosphere to welcome 2024 in true Gatsby style.
