Throwing About
At the foot of your bed, a throw is essential. Sometimes during the day when you’re tired and want a nap but don’t want to crinkle up the whole bed set, a throw is the perfect ‘snuggle up’ blanket (but so much more comfy) for a few winks.

Plump It Up
Besides the pillow(s) for your head, a couple of rows of throw-cushions will make your bed that much more inviting. Hotel beds do it best with two to four massively plush pillows with a series of square pillows in front. When you’ve got it arranged nicely, dive!

Pack It All In
It’s a problem even the most spacious rooms suffer from: storage. Part of the issue is our perennial hoarding habit, but with new innovative ways to store our clutter, we can organise ourselves better. Having drawers underneath your bed is such a good way to keep things in check and also out of sight.

Slow Burners
Let’s get the health and safety out the way: always be cautious with candles and don’t leave them unattended! Now, the beauty of candles lies in the ambience they create. Bunch up a group of decorative candles on your nightstand or on top of your drawers and let your room transform.

Who’s The Fairest?
A lot of people don’t actually enjoy having full-length mirrors in their bedroom. Part of it is down to self-consciousness; but the added illusion of space that mirrors give to a room really changes the entire feel of it. It’s also a really classy touch having a big mirror – plus, you won’t have to jump and stand on your tippy toes to assess your whole outfit.

Have A Seat
Not only is an extra place to sit ideal for guests, it is also a great place for you to unwind. Rather than just sitting on your bed, create a little alcove in your room and place your chair as another focal point in your room.
