Woman’s World
Hunkemöller is a Dutch-based lingerie brand that recently opened its first store in Bahrain. The range of products includes lingerie, nightwear, swimsuits, hosiery, beauty products and accessories. Its in-house design team creates innovative products incorporating the latest trends. Check out the store at Bahrain City Centre.

Universal Symbols
Virginie Dreyer is the designer behind the French brand TinyOm that offers fine jewellery with a protective purpose. Her first collection reinterprets the lotus flower, an important symbol in Indian and Buddhist sacred texts. All pieces are handmade, in 18-karat rose and white gold. Find the delicate collection at Al Zain Jewellery in Seef Mall.

May-2014_Retail_Therapy_01Expanding its Reach
Centrepoint celebrates the opening of its 100th store in Dubai. Its first outlet was launched in 2005 in Kuwait by gathering four main brands: Babyshop, Splash, Shoe Mart and Lifestyle. The store offers a practical shopping experience as the needs of the whole family can be fulfilled under the same roof.

Get a Manicure
For the AW 2014 collection, Prabal Gurung collaborated with Sally Hansen for the eighth consecutive season to create three exclusive nail polishes. Inspired by the beauty of Nepal, the enamels’ rich hues complement the designs and reflects the colour palette used in Gurung’s clothing line.

Italian Charm
The online luxury fashion retailer Net-A-Porter has partnered with The Victoria and Albert Museum in London to create an exclusive jewellery collection for The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014 exhibition held from April 5 until July 27. There are 22 pieces in the limited edition, which are available on both online stores.
