Mums’ Meet-up…With Dinosaurs

The dinosaurs are coming to Bahrain and we’re giving readers the chance to get up close and personal with an exclusive mums and kids event.

We’re always keen to engage with our readers, so when we heard about The Centrepoint Animal Park Bahrain 2016, we thought it would be the ideal place to launch our new Mums’ Meet-ups – monthly events at which mums and kids can get together, have fun and make new friends.
The animal park, which comes to the Kingdom from April 21-May 21, will consist of 12 large animal exhibits depicting stars of the animal kingdom past and present such as dinosaurs, including the giant T-Rex, and favourites like polar bears, giant pandas and white tigers.
There’ll also be film star beasts King Kong, Godzilla and the Red Dragon alongside attractions such as walking dinosaurs and animal rides.

These animal exhibits are truly impressive to see, sized up to 8m high and 22m long they all display a range of state-of-the art animatronics – with moving parts, eyes blinking with LED lights, mouths opening with sound, wagging tails and special effects such as smoke and fire breathing from Godzilla and the Red Dragon.

The park will also have a kids’ arena where children can play with small animal models and walking and cowboy dinosaurs will be roaming around.

The Animal Park is being established by Dubai-based CAC events in partnership with ROI Marketing Consultancy WLL, Bahrain, and we’ve teamed up with them to get exclusive access for our first Mums’ Meet-up on April 24 from 10am-1pm — the park will usually only be open to schools on weekday mornings.

Spaces are limited, so if you’d like to join us please register your attendance and the number of children you will be bringing by emailing [email protected] and look out for more exciting announcements both on the day and in the coming months.
