Print Perfect
Wearing a printed top may not be the easiest task; however, it works wonders when paired with that striking pair of black trousers. We all have a safe pair of tailored trousers that we look for every time we run out of ideas, but in this case, that tired (and many times washed-out) everyday pair shouldn’t be considered. You should have a pair for special occasions, maybe with fancy details on the sides and a more contemporary cut, to add to your look. A pair of high heels and eye-catching accessories complement this casual and chic style that suits most body types.

Bold Ladylike
A-line mid-length skirts are a statement from the fifties that keep popping-up in our vintage dream looks. So there’s nothing better than a bold red piece to celebrate your Christmas party. If you want to steer clear of red and black or red and white, opt for a blue top (dark shades are best) with a pussy bow to add a contemporary twist without losing the old-fashioned charm. Accessories will add the final touch, so go for chic and outstanding high heels and an embroidered clutch. To keep it simple, ballerina flats and a plain clutch also work well.

Dainty Sheer
Lace is always an elegant pick, often covering a sheath dress. Layering it on top of a light earthy tone base makes it even more elegant. The piece in this look has other details that make it an excellent choice for formal events. The gorgeous add-ons are the long hemline, that allows you to  expose some skin without going over the top, and the turtleneck collar. If the cool breeze leaves you seeking some protection, pick a modern cape to go with it. Black stilettos and an unpretentious clutch give the final touches. If you’re looking for pure sophistication put your hair up in a bun and get ready to be noticed!
