Sightseeing
Keeping the main elements of your outfit neutral allows you to mix and match with other items from the collection. Go for a show-stopping top and comfy flats – a touch of metallic dresses up the look and will also look good with virtually anything. Add a large tote for all those interesting holiday shopping finds that you just can’t leave behind.

Beach Party
With our climate, nailing this look is as important here at home as it is on your travels. Choose swimwear that can double up as a top over your sightseeing trousers and make sure your bikini top offers good support. This gorgeous H&M frock with do double duty as a beach dress and for days out, as will any pretty slip. Pack shorts and top that will mix and match with the rest of your wardrobe and keep the metallic touch going with a pair of sliders – easy to slip off when you head for the water.

Dinner and Dancing
Even if you see holiday time as an opportunity to live in shorts and flip-flops, no girl should be without at least one outfit that will take her to a smart restaurant followed by a spin round the dance floor. Choose a classic shift dress, shortish to show off tanned pins (that you’ve, of course, been working on for months). Classic heels and a fun bag, that won’t take up much space in your suitcase, can, once again, be added to other elements of this wardrobe collection to give additional funky looks. Make sure to take a neutral-coloured wrap; hopefully you won’t need it but nights can get chilly after a day on the beach.
