CoverGirl has announced hijab-wearing beauty blogger Nura Afia as one of a new group of diverse brand ambassadors as part of its #LashEquality campaign to promote diversity. The prominent beauty YouTuber will be one of very few Muslim women to have appeared in a national cosmetics campaign in the US. She’ll be representing the brand’s So Lashy! BlastPro Mascara.
